Weekly Runs

We host weekly runs that are open to the San Antonio running community, tourists and anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness in a friendly environment.  Are runs are open to all levels of runners, walkers, and dogs.

Along with our runs which are free and open to the public we host weekly runs specifically for our road and trail program participants.

TUESDAY QUALITY WORKOUT 6:30 PM

Our Tuesday 6:30 pm workouts focus on increasing our runners V02 capacity. We focus on tempo runs, fartleks, hill repeats and track workouts.

Please contact us for a drop-in if you are interested in attending but are not part of our City | Road or Trail | Ultra training programs.

Limited to our Legions of Leonidas (road training) and Bexar Tracks (trail training) members.  Contact us if you'd like to drop-in to a session prior to joining our training programs.

THURSDAY GROUP SOCIAL RUN 6:30 PM

Our Thursday Social Run is open to the public and runners and walkers of all levels.  This is a relaxed and social group.  You'll have the opportunity to run or walk 2-5 miles and enjoy cold beer and refreshments post run.

SATURDAY TRAIL | ULTRA LONG RUN 7 AM

Every Saturday we will meet at a local trail for our scheduled long run for our Bexar Tracks trail running program.  If you are not a member of Bexar Tracks but would like to drop-in please contact us.

SUNDAY CITY | ROAD LONG RUN 7 AM

On Sunday, we meet at the San Antonio Running Company, for our weekly long run.  We have a marked course along with water stops to support your long run needs from 2-20 miles.  All levels of runners are welcome.
